RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitutionof lndia praying that in the circumstanoes stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to declare the action of the respondents in not awarding 10 entitlement points under the spouse category along with on par with the other spouse category candidates working within the same District. ln pursuant to the G.0.Ms.No.12, School Education (Ser.ll) Department, dated 16.06.2015 in the ensuing transfer counseling, for the post of School Assistant (English), Scheduled to be held from 1O.07.
2015 onwards is highly illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, discriminatory and also in violation of principles of natural justice and declare the same as bad in law and consequently direct the respondents to award 10 entitlement points under the spouse category along with others on par with the other spouse category candidates working within the same District.
