O R D E R

The petitioner in this writ petition earlier filed W.P.No.34892 of 2015 challenging the registration of FIR No.334 of 2015 on the file of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Cyberabad. The present writ petition is filed going one step further by stating that he has been implicated in the said offence without conducting investigation and without verifying the case details in Crime No.345 of 2015 on the file of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Cyberabad.

Significantly, in the body of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the petitioner did not choose to disclose that he had earlier filed W.P.No.34892 of 2015. The present writ petition is therefore clearly an abuse of the process of this Court and the petitioner has approached this Court with unclean hands. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
