The case of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent has sent report in Rc.No.Spl/Dy.E.E.O/2017, dated 05-08-2017 to the 4th respondent recommending for sanction of 12 posts and proposals were submitted to him for grant of permission to the management of 1st petitioner-school to fill-up the vacant aided post in the school. But the 4th respondent has not taken any action even though the schools have started. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the 4th respondent has in turn has to submit proposals to the 3rd respondent for granting permission.

Since the proposals are already pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to submit proposals to the 3rd respondent.

In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to take appropriate action in pursuance to the proposals sent by the 5th respondent dated 05-08-2017 and take further action after submitting the proposals to the 3rd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 13-09-2017 Nvl
