HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6123 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard Mr.C.Prakash Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner. The plaintiff challenges the order of trial court in I.A.No.176 of 2014 in O.S.No.19 of 2008 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Nandikotkur, refusing the prayer of plaintiff for amendment of plaint in O.S.No.19 of 2008.

With the assistance of counsel for petitioner, I have perused plaint, affidavit in I.A.No.176 of 2014 in O.S.No.19 of 2008 and the findings recorded by trial court for rejecting the prayer for amendment.

The trial court, on the ground that the plaintiff failed to show cogent reasons for considering the prayer for amendment, dismissed the I.A. After perusing the affidavit filed by the plaintiff, this court is in full agreement with the findings recorded by the trial court. Revision fails and Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed. ________________ JUSTICE S.V.BHATT Dated 15-3-2017.
