HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.26643 OF 2019 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondent police in taking action against the unofficial respondents pursuant to the complaint dated 11.11.2019, as being illegal and arbitrary with a consequential direction to the respondent police to act upon the complaint and take appropriate action.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 02.12.2019, a copy of which is placed on the file of this Court, would submit that the petitioner Mohammed Abdul Bari gave a complaint to the 3rd respondent on 02.12.2019 and on receipt of the same, a case is registered in Crime No.264 of 2019 under Section 176 Cr.P.C. of Karimnagar III Town police station on 02.12.2019 and took up investigation. A copy of the FIR evidencing the registration of the complaint of the petitioner is also placed on record.

Having regard to the said submission made and the documents placed before this Court, this Court is of the view

that since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
