This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India challenging the docket order dated 30.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.181 of 2016 in I.A.No.281 of 2014 in O.S.No.385 of 2014 on the file of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Special Assistant Agent (Mobile Court) Bhadrachalam. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for.
