This writ petition is filed to declare the proceedings No.V/Estt./3409/2011, Dated 31.12.2011 issued by the respondents transferring the petitioner on punitive administrative grounds, as illegal and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently to set aside the same.

2. When the matter is taken up learned counsel for the petitioner represents that no further orders are required in this writ petition.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
