CVNR, J & MSKJ, J Crl.A.No.181 of 2015 Dt: 23.11.2016 Judgment : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Criminal Appeal is filed against Judgment, dated 19.02.2015, in Special Sessions Case No.2 of 2013, on the file of the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Hyderabad, assailing- (i) the conviction of appellant Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5/accused Nos.1, 2, 14 and 19 for the offences punishable under Sections 489B and 489C IPC and sentence to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for five years each, in default, to undergo Simple Imprisonment for six months each for the offence under Section 489B and Rigorous Imprisonment for four years each for the offence under Section 489C IPC with the direction that both the sentences shall run concurrently; and (ii) the conviction of appellant No.3/accused No.

12 for the offence punishable under Section 489B IPC and sentence to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for five years each and also to pay fine of Rs.1,000/- each, in default, to undergo Simple Imprisonment for six months each for the offence under Section 489B IPC. At the hearing, Mr.Mohd.Muzafferullah Khan, learned Counsel for the appellants/accused Nos.

CVNR, J & MSKJ, J Crl.A.No.181 of 2015 Dt: 23.11.2016 imposed under the impugned Judgment, the Criminal Appeal has become infructuous.

The above submission of the learned Counsel for the appellants is placed on record and the Criminal Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
