Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent-Municipality.

On 12-12-2019, the Writ Petition was dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach Dundigal Municipality and make representations and on such, representation, Dungigal Municipality shall consider the same within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said representation by taking appropriate action in accordance with law.
3. The order was based on the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent-Mujnicipality that subject property falls under the jurisdiction of Dundigal Municipality but not under the jurisdiction of the 2nd respondent-Municipality.
4. Now the petitioner has filed the present I.A.No.1 of 2020 and the same is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned, wherein it is stated that the petitioner, after passing orders in the Writ Petition, as directed, approached the Dundigal Municipalilty to submit his representation, but on his enquiry under RTI Act, it is revealed that the subject property falls under the jurisdiction of 2nd respondentMunicipality only but not under the jurisdiction of Dundigal Municipality and therefore, he sought for correction of the name of
TA,J C.R.P.No.26577 of 2019 the Municipality mentioned in the order dt.12-12-2019 in W.P.No.26577 of 2019 with the name of Nizampet Municipality, Nizampet, Ranga Reddy District.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition in I.A.No.1 of 2020 and considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the considered view that the order passed on 12-12-2019 in W.P.No.26577 of 2019 needs to be recalled and the Writ Petition can be disposed of afresh with certain directions by modifying the said order.
6. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2020 is allowed and the order dt.12-12-2019 in W.P.No.26577 of 2019 is recalled. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-Nizampet Municipality, Nizampet, Ranga Reddy District to consider the representations dt.21-01-2019, 15-06-2019, 21-06-2019 and 07-10-2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. No costs.
7. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
