THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16019 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 5, and learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.3 and 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.6 has been parking his vehicle in the area leased out to the petitioner. The sixth respondent, being a Constable, was using the parking place meant for four wheeler and parking his two wheeler. When the same was questioned by the son of the petitioner, he was brutally beaten up after taking him to the Police Station. When the petitioner also questioned, she was also abused. The petitioner states that taking the petitioner's son to the Police Station and other events were recorded in the CC cameras of the Railway Station. When the petitioner approached respondent No.5, he did not receive the complaint.

In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Divisional Railway Manager, South Central Railway, and submit a representation to him with regard to the events that have taken place in the parking area due to the intervention of the sixth respondent and to preserve the CC footages as requested by the petitioner in order to enable the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 28.04.2017 Note:
