Suribabu, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, would agree that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by an order of a Division Bench of this Court in M/s. Hari Medical Agencies vs. Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (order in W.P. No. 12531 of 2005, dated 14.9.2005).

Following the said judgment, and in terms thereof, this writ petition is also disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
