THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.1869 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed against the respondent complaining wilfull disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 16.04.2018, in W.P.No.11598 of 2018.

When the contempt case was taken up for hearing on 10.09.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the contempt case was directed to be listed on 17.09.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 17.09.2018 also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the contempt case was directed to be listed on 18.09.2018. Yet again, there is no representation for the petitioner. On 10.09.2018, learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that the orders of this Court are already complied with and that a Final Report has been filed. Today, the learned Government Pleader filed a counter and reiterated the said submission.

Along with the counter, a copy of the Case Diary of the Investigating Officer is also filed, which reflects that Final Report was already sent to the Court of the learned Magistrate, Vijayawada Urban, with a request to issue Referred Case Proceedings and treat the case as 'false' and a copy of the notice served upon the party concerned is also submitted to the said Court for perusal. In that view of the matter, the learned Government Pleader for Home submits that no cause survives for adjudication in this Contempt Case.

In the result, the Contempt Case is closed, as it appears, prima facie, that no act of contempt of order of this Court has been committed by the respondent.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
