The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief. "To direct the respondents (a) to retain and continue the applicant in his service in the police service of the State of Telangana, by setting aside the order D.O.No.20 of 2015, Rc.No.96/A2-Mutual/Cyb/2013-14 dated 04.01.2015 issued by the second respondent in respect of the applicant and (b) to award the costs by holding the action of the respondents as bad, illegal, arbitrary, discrimination, without jurisdiction, without authority, void, violative of the Presidential Order, violative of the principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India." When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the counter affidavit filed by the respondents it is stated that the impugned order itself was cancelled. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
