A.S.Nos.411 of 2016 and 429 of 2016 arise out of the common judgment dated 13.4.2016 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. A.S.No.411 of 2016 assailed the said judgment in so far as it related to O.S.No.158 of 2011, while A.S.No.429 of 2016 impugned the said judgment in so far as it related to O.S.No.350 of 2009.

While so, I.A.No.2 of 2019 was filed in A.S.No.411 of 2016 and I.A.No.1 of 2019 was filed in A.S.No.429 of 2016 seeking permission to enable the appellants to withdraw these appeals. In the affidavits filed in support thereof, it is stated that the parties to the litigation have settled their disputes amicably. Further, I.A.No.1 of 2019 was filed in A.S.No.411 of 2016 seeking return of the original documents, which are part of the record in these appeals, by permitting the appellants to substitute the same with photocopies thereof.

In the light of the developments, as set out in the affidavits filed in support of the aforestated applications, A.S.No.411 of 2016 and A.S.No.429 of 2016 are dismissed as withdrawn, taking note of the fact that the parties have settled their disputes amicably out of Court. I.A.No.2 of 2019 in A.S.No.411 of 2016 and I.A.No.1 of 2019 in A.S.No.429 of 2016

are ordered accordingly. I.A.No.1 of 2019 in A.S.No.411 of 2016 is also ordered permitting the Registry to return the original documents, as set out in the prayer therein, upon the applicants /appellants substituting the same with certified copies thereof.

Other pending miscellaneous Petitions in these appeals, if any, shall also stand dismissed. In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs.
