Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.

According to petitioner, land admeasuring Acs.2.00 in Survey No.34/20 of Madharam Village, Jannaram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, was assigned to the husband of the petitioner; his name was mutated in the revenue records and was issued pattadar passbook and title deeds. The husband of the petitioner died on 05.02.2019 leaving behind his wife and daughter. Petitioner claims that on 02.07.2018, her husband executed a registered Will bequeathing the entire property in her name. She claims that on 25.03.2019, she made application seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records. Alleging inaction, this Writ Petition is filed.

The receipt issued by TSTS Limited dated 25.03.2019 evidencing submission of application seeking mutation of the name of the petitioner is filed as Ex.P1 at page No.13 of the writ petition material paper book.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Jannaram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, the 3rd respondent, to consider the application of the petitioner dated 25.03.2019 for mutation of her name in the revenue records and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date

- 3 - of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
