This Company Petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent- Company for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner.

At the hearing, Mrs.Sundari R.Pisupati, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of this Company Petition, the respondent has made payment to the petitioner and that, accordingly, a

memo has been filed today in the Registry seeking withdrawal of the Company Petition.

In the light of the above submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Company Petition, Company Application No.1200 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
