Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the docket order dated 05.06.2013 in I.A. No.852 of 2013 in O.A. No.2833 of 2010 (Old O.A. No.195 of 2010) on the file of the A.P.

Endowments Tribunal, Hyderabad, peruse the same and set-aside the same by declaring it as highly illegal, unjust, unfair, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to continue recognizing the petitioner herein as the Founder Family Member/Chairman giving all hereditary and religious honours pending finalization of the petitioner as founder family member/Chairman of the 2nd respondent/Sri Kukkuteswara Swamy Temple in Pithapuram Town, East Godavari District. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Paravastu Krishna, Advocate for the Petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments for Respondent Nos.1, 3 & 4 and Sri V.T.M. Prasad, Standing Counsel for Respondent No.

The Commissioner of Endowments is directed to be present in the Court with all necessary records as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments has not been left with any instructions in the matter.
