Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' application for mutation of entries in the online revenue records and for issuance of E-pass books in respect of the land in survey No.1, New survey Numbers 30,31, 33, 34 and 30-1, 30-2 of Kummaripeta Village, Venkatagiri Mandal, Nellore District, is pending and that a direction to the 4th respondent is suffice for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application filed by the petitioner for carrying out entries in the online revenue records and for issuance of E-pass books, in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
