THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8812 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short " Cr.P.C." ) to quash the proceedings pertaining to FIR No.114 of 2017 on the file of Police Station, Chandrayanagutta registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act on various grounds.

At the time of hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submitted that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed on 24.08.2017 before the learned Magistrate having jurisdiction over the area.

Therefore, in view of filing of charge sheet, the criminal petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to file appropriate petition for quashing the proceedings.
