The grievance in the writ petition is Appeal No.3/2011 filed by the petitioner under Section 120(1) of Act 30/87 against the proceedings in Roc.No.DA/8060/2010, dated 16-03-2011 is not being disposed of by the 2nd respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-T.T.D.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the appeal No.3/2011 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
