G.Cecil Paul v. The A.P. Dairy Development Cooperative Federation
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.5460 of 2009 ORDER:
Heard Sri T.Balaji, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri M.Dilip Rao, learned counsel for 1st respondent and Sri N.Rajeshwar Rao, learned counsel for 2nd respondent.
Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that the petitioner is content if the interim order dated 18-03-2009 is made final order and if the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the representation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents is not in a position to categorically state as to whether the representation is still subsisting or appropriate orders have already been passed by the respondents.
Having regard to the above circumstances, I am satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. The interim order dated 18-03-2009 is made final order in the writ petition. The 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, if the same is still pending with the 1st respondent as on date, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to petitioner. To ensure timely consideration and disposal, the petitioner is given liberty to represent to 1st respondent by enclosing a copy of this order and also a copy of representation said to have
been given in this behalf.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
