THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.40716 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in acquiring the land of the petitioners without following the due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the Government is not acquiring the land of the petitioners to an extent of Ac.1.35 guntas in Survey No.90 of Gummakonda Village, Timmajipet Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District. 3.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
