This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, requesting to direct the Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad, to dispose of pending Interlocutory Applications in O.S.No.65 of 2018, expeditiously.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of the Court that in the subject suit, the petitioner/ plaintiff filed Interlocutory Applications vide I.A.No.834 of 2018 under Order VIII Rule 10 CPC, I.A.No.835 of 2018 under Order XXXVIII Rule 5 of CPC, and unnumbered I.A., filed under Rule 129 of Civil Rules of Practice, to call for documents, before the Court below. Though the said interlocutory applications were filed in the year 2018, they were not yet disposed of by the Court below.

4. Since the aforesaid Interlocutory Applications were filed in the year 2018, they are supposed to be disposed of by this time. It appears that the Court below is not expeditious in dealing with the said Interlocutory Applications. 5.

Therefore, the Court below is directed to dispose of the Interlocutory Applications vide I.A.No.834 of 2018 filed under

- 2 - Order VIII Rule 10 CPC, I.A.No.835 of 2018 filed under Order XXXVIII Rule 5 of CPC, and unnumbered I.A. filed under Rule 129 of Civil Rules of Practice, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand dismissed.
