This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the revision petitioner/ plaintiff seeking to direct the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Huzurabad, to dispose of the pending Interlocutory Applications in O.S.No.116 of 2018, expeditiously.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ plaintiff. Perused the record.

The postal track report of notice sent to the respondent/ defendant is filed. A perusal of the same discloses that the notice sent to the respondent/ defendant is delivered. Hence, there is proper service of notice on the respondent/ defendant. However, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent/ defendant.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the revision petitioner/ plaintiff filed Interlocutory Applications vide I.A.No.659 of 2018 under Order XXXVIII Rule 5 C.P.C., I.A.No.256 of 2019 under Section 340 Cr.P.C. (195 I.P.C.), I.A.No.257 of 2019 under Order XIV Rule 11 read with Section 151 C.P.C. and I.A.No.258 of 2019 under Order VIII Rule 10 read with Section 151 C.P.C., in the subject Suit and they are not yet disposed of by the Court below.

It is needless to state that Interlocutory Applications are required to be disposed of expeditiously, which has not been done so far in the present case. Therefore, the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Huzurabad, is directed to dispose of the aforementioned Interlocutory Applications as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
