THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.11687 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent herein instead of regularizing the service of the petitioners on completion of 240 days of Service, trying to disengage the service of the petitioner as illegal, unjust and arbitrary, contrary to APSRTC Service Regulations and as such liable to be set aside with a consequential direction to the respondents herein to regularize the service of all the petitioners with effect from completion of 240 days of service and to extend all the benefits in the interest of justice.

2. The learned counsel for both the parties, in one voice, submitted that in view of the interim orders passed by this court on 08.7.2004, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The submission is recorded.
