THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL C.M.A.M.P.No.1584 of 2017 I N/ AND C.M.A.No.115 of 2017 COMMON ORDER: (per SK,J) The appellants in this civil miscellaneous appeal filed C.M.A.M.P.No.1584 of 2017 therein seeking leave to withdraw the appeal as the suit in O.S.No.181 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Guntur, was decreed as per the compromise entered into by and between the parties before the Lok Adalat, Guntur.

C.M.A.M.P.No.1584 of 2017 is accordingly ordered and consequently, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in the light of the aforestated developments. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
