Petitioner's grievance is that representation made on 06.01.2018 seeking compensation for a portion of petitioner's land, which is acquired by the respondents, has not been disposed of by the 2nd respondent.

The Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for 2nd respondent states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the same within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate it to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dt.06.01.2018 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
