O R D E R

Alleging that respondent - police authorities are trying to arrest the petitioner without following the procedure under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C., in pursuance of the crime registered against him in Cr.No.90/ 2018 dated 6.6.2018 on the file of 4th respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submit that before arresting the petitioner, respondents will follow the procedure under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, before taking action against the petitioner in pursuance of above crime, respondentNo.4 - Station House Officer, Wadapally Police Station, Wadapally, Nalgonda District, is directed to follow the procedure under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and the guidelines laid down by Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar.
