THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 25816 of 2010 ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not receiving and registering a sale deed dated 23.07.2010 presented by the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908. A counter came to be filed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue stating that no sale deed dated 23.07.2010 has been presented by the petitioner for registration, and if such a document is presented, the same will be processed, in accordance with the provisions of Stamps and Registration Act.

In view of the categorical admission made by the learned Government Pleader for revenue in the counter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to present the sale deed dated 23.07.2010 before the respondent for registration in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.22 cents in Survey No.913/1 situated at Galiveedu Village and Mandal, Kadapa District, in which event, the same shall be processed, in accordance with the provisions of Stamps and Registration Act, at the earliest. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in

the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
