HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.19838 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner company is that the Station House Officer, Uppal Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana, is not considering the representation dated 04.04.2016 and not taking necessary action for providing protection during erection of Roof Top poles by it on the building bearing No.2-2326/35, Plot No.35, Chilkanagar, Uppal, Ranga Reddy District. . However, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation at the earliest. The same is not seriously opposed by the respondents.

3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Station House Officer, Uppal Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana, to consider the petitioner company's representation dated 04.04.2016 and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law.

4. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
