Learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing the writ petition for sometime and having regard to the plea taken by respondents, requests the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail remedy of appeal under Section 128 of the Gram Panchayat Act against building permission granted to respondents 2 and 3 vide letter dated 03-06-2011. Permission is accorded.
