THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37580 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is heard at the admission stage itself.
2. The Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not considering the application of the petitioner submitted in Form-6(A) on 03.08.2016, for grant of pattadar pass books for the lands admeasuring Ac.0-22 guntas, Ac.2-01 gunta, Ac.0-17 guntas and Ac.2-32 guntas covered by Survey Nos.285, 289, 290 and 120, respectively, situated at Kothagudem Village and Mandal, Bhadradri District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondents to grant pattadar pass books in favour of the petitioner.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the subject lands having devolved the same from his father late Sri K. Komaraiah. He submitted an application in Form-6(A) came to be made on 03.08.2016 before respondent No.4 for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject lands. As no action has been taken, the present Writ Petition came to be filed.
4. Since the application made by the petitioner on 03.08.2016 is pending before respondent No.4, he is directed to consider the same
and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR November 03, 2016 MD
