This writ appeal is directed against an interlocutory order dated 26-02-2007 passed in WPMP No. 4822 of 2007 in Writ Petition No. 3321 of 2007. We are informed that during pendency of the appeal, writ petition itself has been disposed of and the order passed in the writ petition is under challenge in Writ Appeal No. 226 of 2007.
