HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI WRIT PETITION No.23285 OF 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner, who missed a chance of participating in the certificate verification for admission to MBBS course for the current academic year has come up with the above writ petition seeking appropriate reliefs.

2. Heard Mr.K.Laxmi Manohar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent - University.

3. Unfortunately, the original certificates of the petitioner are stuck with 3rd respondent where she has already taken admission. Now in NEET, the petitioner has secured a sufficiently good rank so as to get admission in the 1st respondent. But, the petitioner could not secure the original certificates from the University in which she has gained admission. Therefore, she has come up with the above writ petition.

4. But, unfortunately for the petitioner, even the last date for certificate verification is over. In cases where some students came before this Court before last date, namely, 04.07.2018, we granted interim orders permitting them to participate in the certificate verification with Photostat copies. That facility cannot be extended today to the petitioner, as we are on 9th July, 2018. Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

5. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
