THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.848 of 2013 ORDER:

As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 07.02.2017, either in the morning session or in the afternoon session, the matter was directed to be listed to 14.02.2017, under the caption 'for orders'. Even on 14.02.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and the matter was directed to be posted on 15.02.2017 under the same caption. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. But, the vacate stay petitioner was present on all the occasions. It appears that the writ petitioners are not interested in pursuing the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
