O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners in this case is that the Tahsildar, Mailavaram Mandal, Krishna District, was not issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject lands though an application has been made by the first petitioner in the prescribed format. Perusal of the material filed by the petitioners reflects that the first petitioner did, in fact, file an application for grant of a pattadar pass book and a title deed in relation to Ac.5.63 cents in R.S.No.527 of Pulluru Village, Mailavaram Mandal, Krishna District, as per the procedure prescribed in the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.

In that view of the matter, it is for the Tahsildar, Mailavaram Mandal, Krishna District, to consider the same, call upon the first petitioner to make good deficiencies, if any, and thereafter take appropriate action in the matter.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Mailavaram Mandal, Krishna District, to complete the aforestated exercise expeditiously and in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
