This petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.2 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.537 of 2015 of Medipally Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468 and 471 r/w 120-B IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he is the main accused in preparing fake credit cards with the help of other accused and he also circulated the fake credit cards. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
