Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ appeal is filed partly dissatisfied with the order dated 14.10.2016 passed in WP No.27326 of 2007 to the extent of non-granting of relief pertaining to continuity of appellant's service by the learned single Judge.

After arguing the matter for some time, Sri S.M. Subhan, learned counsel for the appellant, requested this court to permit the appellant to withdraw the writ appeal.

Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ appeal, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand dismissed.
