Sai Abhiram Educational And Welfare Society, v. State Of Telangana,

O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"To issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction, preferably one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2" Respondent in not registering the Petitioner's Institution Bus bearing Temporary Registration No. AP16 UWTR 4078 (Chassis No.MESGH2KEHD3E14894 and Engine No.KED4E90676) on regular basis to enable the petitioner to utilize the said vehicle as Educational Institution Bus to carry the School going children of Sri Kakatiya Upper Primary School (E.M.), Nakrekal, pursuant to it's representation dated 06-06-2015 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein to register the said vehicle on regular basis as Educational Institution Bus forthwith."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance petitioner herein submitted a representation before the second respondent herein as long back as on 06.06.2015 and no action has been taken by the second respondent so far on the said representation. The learned counsel made a request to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent herein to consider the representation dated 06.06.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and to take appropriate action, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
