Heard counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents. 2.
It is not in dispute that petitioner has preferred an appeal on 29.06.2018 to the 2nd respondent challenging the order passed on 25.06.2018 by the 3rd respondent along with a stay application and that the same has not been disposed of by the 2nd respondent till date.

The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dt.25.06.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pending disposal of the said appeal, the order passed by the 3rd respondent shall remain stayed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
