THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.26574 OF 2019 ORDER:
It is the case of the petitioner that he is the absolute owner and possessor of property bearing No.19-1-843/A, admeasuring 145 square yards, situated at Doodh Bowli, Hyderabad, having purchased the same under a registered sale deed dated 27.11.2015 vide document No.5701/2015. While he is in possession and enjoyment of the said property, respondent No.6, the Assistant Commissioner/Executive Officer of Mutyalamma Temple, is trying to dispossess him on the ground that the said property belongs to Mutyalamma Temple. Challenging the said action, the present Writ Petition is being filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments placed written instructions before this Court, wherein it is stated that the said Temple is situated at 19-1-844/1, Dood Bowli, Hyderabad and the Temple has nothing to do with the property of the petitioner.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the property of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
