HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Petition No.14593 of 2009 ORDER:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. K.L.N. Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and submits that the petitioner desires to make a representation seeking exemption from payment of property tax. This petition though was admitted on 9.6.2010, no interim order was passed. Keeping that in view, we dispose of this writ petition as not pressed. It is open to the petitioner to make representation, as aforementioned, to the concerned authority, if they so desire and advised, and if they make such a representation, we observe that the concerned authority shall consider and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law. While making this observation, we shall not be understood to have expressed any opinion on merits of the case. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
