HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4787 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner/accused seeks pre-arrest bail in Crime No.185 of 2017 of Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 417, 419 and 379 IPC and Sections 66-C and 66-D of I.T.Act.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is not an accused in Crime No.185 of 2017 of Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad, and by mistake a notice in Cr.No.185/CCPS/CYB/2016-17, dated 10.06.2017, was issued to him and the police do not require the petitioner in Crime No.185 of 2017.

Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
