take the half-yearly accounts of the subject company (in liquidation) for the period from 01.04.2023 to 30.09.2023, along with lndependent Auditors' Report dated 04.07.2025 submitted on 08.07.2025 by M/s. Murthy and Kanth, Chartered Accountants on record and permission may be accoded to make the payment of audit fee of Rs.500/- plus GST to the said auditor. ii.

cost of this application (Court fee Stamps and Notary Charges etc.,) may be permitted to be met out by the Official Liquidator from the available funds of the company (in liquidation) or Estate and Establishment Fund account if no fund is available in the company's account, subject to reimbursement of the same from the funds of Company (in liqn) upon realization of assets of the Company (in liqn), if any.

This application coming on for orders, upon reading the Jr.rdge's summons and the afiidavit dated 06.08.2025 filed by Sri Uttam Kumar Sahoo, Official Liquidator attached to the High Court for the State of Telanganp, in support of the Company Application and upon hearing the arguments of Sri J.Sreenath Reddy, Advocate tor the Official Liquirlator/Applicant. The Court made the following: ORDER

Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the supporting affidavit, and upon considering the half-yearly accounts filed by the leamed Official Liquidator, this application is ordered with the followingi a. The half-yearly accounts of the subject Company, which is in for the period from 01.04.2023 to 30.09.2023, atong with the Auditor's Report dated 04.01,2025 submined on 08.0X.2025 by Ms.Murthy & Kanth, Chartered Accountants, are taken on record.

b. Permission is accorded to the leamed Official Liquidator to pay an audit fee of Rs.500l plus GST to the Auditor. c. Permission is also accorded to the leamed Offrcial Liquidator to make the said payment from the available funds of the Company (in liquidation), or from the Estate and Establishment Fund account if no fund is available in the Company's account, subject to reimbursement from the funds of Company (in liquidation) upon realization of its assets.
