This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

"To issue a writ order or direction especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the seizure of Petitioners Omini bus Registration Mark bearing No TS 13 BTR 9743 seized by the 3rd Respondent under vehicle check report No 11680552 dated 29062018 as illegal arbitrary and violative of Article 19 (1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct Respondents herein to release the Petitioners vehicle forthwith pending enquiry". 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject vehicle covered by Temporary Registration No.TS 13 BTR 9743 was seized on 29.6.2018 by the Respondent authorities despite the petitioner having all the necessary documents. It is further submitted that the petitioner will produce the said documents and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondent authorities.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner to make an application before the 3rd respondent along with all necessary documents for release of the subject vehicle within a period of three days from today and if any such application is made, the same may be considered and appropriate orders be passed within a period of three days thereafter. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J Date: 23.7.2018 DA
