Heard Mr.M.Ajay Kumar, counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The petitioners pray for the following relief: "................Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent/Tahsildar in trying to mutate the name of the unofficial respondents 4 to 8 in the revenue records with regard to the petitioner agricultural lands in Sy.No.368 admeasuring AC.9.35 gts situated at Theegaram Village of Zaffergadh Mandal pursuant to the documents executed by the 3rd respondent in favour of the respondents 4 to 8 inspite of the writ petition pending before this Hon'ble Court filed by the petitioners in W.P.No.22242 of is illegal and void..............."

After perusing the prayer and the averments in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that on apprehension, the prayer cannot be entertained.

Hence, the petitioners are given liberty to send reminder. The petitioners, if aggrieved by any action which can be termed as illegal and arbitrary, can work out remedies in accordance with law.
