In view of letter dated 28.04.2017 addressed by the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee at High Court, the matter is referred to Lok Adalat on 15.06.2017. Thereafter, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat held at Hyderabad by Award dated 14.02.2015.

In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the Award of the Lok Adalat dated 14.02.2015. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
