ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ, Order or direction more especially in the nature of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in not taking action to remove the commercial complex illegally constructed in stilt floor (Parking area) at No: 9-1-2/13, (Saptagiri Apartment), situated at A.Y.Road, Amalapuram Municipal limits, Amalapuram, East Godavari Dist., as illegal, arbitrary and unjustified and consequently direct the respondent authorities to remove the said illegal structures."

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.49222 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
