This writ petition is filed challenging proceedings of first respondent in Rc.No.2335/99-C, dated 17.03.2003 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and void and consequently direct respondents to continue petitioner as personin-Charge of second respondent as usual. On 01.05.2003, this Court granted interim suspension of the impugned proceedings of first respondent in Rc.No.2335/99-C, dated 17.03.2003 vide WPMP No.8075 of 2003.

Advocate for writ petitioner submitted that the claim of petitioner to continue him as person-in-charge of second respondent is complied with and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs.
