OFFICE NOTE 1) 17.2.2022 LK,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This application is filed seeking relaxation the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 8.12.2021 in Crl.P.No.8955 of 2021, whereby the petitioner/accused was directed to appear before the Police on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till completion of trial.

The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition and it has become very difficult to comply with the said condition as she has to take care of her child, hence the same may be relaxed.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor does not dispute the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition.

Taking into consideration the submissions on behalf of both sides, the said condition is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer once in fifteen (15) days between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. till charge sheet is filed. Accordingly, this I.A. is ordered.
